The articles War on Terror and War on Terror (historical) clearly state that there is a history here which goes back further than 2001. There is no mention of Reagan's policies in the 80s, which are clearly relevant to any timeline here. – Mike.lifeguard | @en.wb 18:29, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
