[edit] Ripper = 50% Dio + 50% Halford
Maybe throw 5% to 10% Dickinson in there and that's Ripper Owens in a nutshell for you. Malmsteen Maiden 16:20, 22 December 2005 (UTC)
damn straight
I somewhat liked 97's Jugulator, but mostly for the riffs (not the vocals). Having Rob back is great.
Am I the only one who thinks it's funny that Owens has a CMT biography? Zendik 03:15, 2 June 2006 (UTC) No..he is a metal GOD

I remember watching a fav local band called U.S. Metal at a local Akron club called Ramon's after Tim Owens took over as lead vocalist. Whatever happened to U.S. Metal? >>>>>>>>>>>>>U.S. Matt<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
I love him, the Priest cd's are just great with Ripper singing, and he is one of teh best front men live. His band Beyond Fear is great as well, my favorite stuff he has done, it is a must for music fans
