[edit] Playing Career
Nothing on his playing Career? The Penrith Panthers name Tim Sheens as prop in their 40 year anniversary all-time best team. Is it the same Tim Sheens? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 159.53.78.141 (talk) 02:01, 6 February 2007 (UTC).
- It's the same Tim Sheens. There's nothing much here on his playing career and the only real detail on his coaching is to do with the Cowboys. I can add in the info from the Panther's 40 year team at the weekend. Florrie 17:06, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Info Box
I've added in an info box using the same template as that which appears on the Wayne Bennett page. The information I have added so far comes from archived newspaper reports sourced through AAP and NRL links. If no-one objects I'll also make up a coaching career stats table covering Panthers through to the Wests Tigers instead of the current info which only lists the Cowboys. [edit] Citations
Does anyone have a reference point for this statement which has been flagged as requiring a citation? "His coaching style includes encouraging players to set ‘personal goals’, using a trust system to encourage players to work on their weaknesses on non-training days, and close media management of his players." - Removed until citation can be sourced or similar found.Florrie 13:51, 3 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] North Queensland Cowboys Box
Unless anyone has any major objections, I'd like to remove the North Queensland Cowboys info box from the article. The two succession boxes adequately link to NQC, as it does other teams. Otherwise I'll remove it on 3/6/07. Florrie 03:22, 27 May 2007 (UTC)
