Why is this in the sub category Penal system of India (relevance)? Why is it while Vellore Central Prison is not? Both are jails.
- It shouldn't have been. Now it's not. Prisons of India is a subcat of Penal system in India. -- Necrothesp 17:07, 23 August 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Renamed
I renamed this article from Tihar Jail to Tihar Prisons since their official web site in English refers to them that way primarily. Their site also uses the term tihar jail and tihar jail complex, though not tihar ashram anymore, but Tihar Prisons seems to be primary now. - Owlmonkey (talk) 04:00, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
