en:Tighe Scott was a top driver at Orange County Fair Speedway and en:Nazareth Speedway in the Mid 70's. After driving in NASCAR for a few years, Tighe returned to modified racing in the early 80's and recorded a couple of more Middletown, NY (OCFS) wins.
