  1. it is a historically significant photo of Tiger Woods as a child prodigy on the Mike Douglas show along with Bob Hope (notable comedian, actor and golf player) in 1978.
  2. it is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality)
  3. the photo is only being used for informational purposes.
  4. Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows the subject of this article (Tiger Woods) and records his early rise as a golf child prodigy in an appearance in a popular American TV talk show.
  5. It is of historical importance to the biography of Tiger Woods.
  6. An equivalent free image cannot be created as the event took place in 1978.
