Although this image, TiffinTopView12-GovernorsHouse.jpg, may be subject to copyright, I (Sanjay Tiwari 22:42, 19 April 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. the image will be used only in the Wikipedia article Nainital to illustrate the Victorian Era architecture in Nainital
2. Images of Governor's House are not available in the public domain.
3. This image is being used purely for an educational purpose.
4. Since this is a low-resolution image (50% of original and cropped), it will not adversely affect the copyright owner's ability to market the original image.
