Tierra de Villanos is an Italian soap opera originally called Terra dei Furfanti. This soap opera had many Grand Returns and Special Presentations of actors and actresses that were chosen as a privilege due to their great acting career. Among those who were chosen was Danny Morales, an Italian actor who started his career in soap operas since he was 6 years old. His last Italian soap opera was when he was 10 years old, so when Danny turned 12 the director of Terra dei Furfanti wanted him to participate in this soap opera. So after long discussion with the director, Danny happily agreed to participate in this last soap opera as a favor from the director.

A mother dies and this wealthy family tries to continue with their normal lives. A son, Daniel Ventimiglia, played by the Special Presentation and the Grand Return to the Italian soap opera's Danny Morales, has become different with himself. He's full of anger and sadness inside of him. He tries to move on with his life knowing that his mother died when he was a little baby. As years pass by, his father starts to date other women in order for Daniel's dad not to live with sadness in his life anymore and to just move on. As his son Daniel sees what his father's doing, he feels that no other woman can take the place of his mom and that in order to not have an intruder in his house, he and his whole family unite in order to take out this woman that has stepped foot into their house.

The soap opera starts off in the mansion where all the family members are sitting down and talking about old times. It's a rainy day and Michael's son, Daniel, played by Danny Morales, is watching outside the window trying to remember beautiful thoughts of his mother and how she sang to him when he was a little baby. His aunt walks up to him and says "No other woman will take her place, I will guarantee and promise you that. We won't have an intruder walk into this house staining everywhere she walks." With a villainous smile Daniel says "Don't worry Aunt, We'll make sure that if that happens, We will do everything in our power to get rid of her, even if it means to kill her." The days go by and Daniel's dad makes an announcement at the dinner table, he says that in a few weeks the woman he is dating will move in into the house. Daniel stands up and says "That will not happen. You think you can just bring any woman inside OUR house and keep it just like that? Well you're wrong, and if she even steps one foot in this house she will regret it. I swear to you by my mother's memory, that girlfriend of yours will regret messing with us." His dad with anger says to him "Or what, what are you going to do to her?" Daniel says to him "Well, you know what I'm capable of. I may be young but that doesn't mean I can't defend myself from anything that gets in my way." Daniel's aunt stands up along with Daniel's sister. Alba says "You cannot do this to them and also us. You are hurting them emotionally by bringing someone they don't even know." Maria says "I agree with them. We respect and love you dad, but we do not agree with some things you do. And this is one of them." They all sit down. Daniel says "Well dad, I guess if you bring her here she will have new rivals up ahead. Trust me, I will do whatever it takes to get rid of her. I swear to you." They stop arguing, 5 minutes later, the doorbell rings. Michael says "Well, you're going to have to deal with her living here Daniel. And that day...Starts now." The girlfriend of Daniel's father walks in, everyone looks at her. Daniel stands up, as well as Maria. They both look at each other and look at their new rival they have. Daniel walks up to his aunt and says "Well look at her, she thinks she can just walk in and start being our new mother." Alba says "Don't worry child, she will regret ever messing with my niece and nephew." Michael says "I have another announcement to make to all of you." Daniel and Maria look at him, Daniel's father says "I'm going to get married with her. In two weeks, she will be my new wife...and your new mother." A suspense song starts and everyone is looking at each other. Daniel and Maria stare at their new Stepmother, with despise Daniel thinks to himself that this "Intruder" will ever regret messing with him and his family. That she led herself into her own suffering and agony as well.

Many soap operas in Italy made a good entrance and exit. But "Tierra de Villanos" made an entire huge breakthrough in Italian soap operas. But not only did the soap opera itself made a breakthrough, but the theme song as well. Andrea Bocelli sang the theme song which is "Vivo per Lei", 6 languages to that song were made when it was first heard. Now worldwide, everyone now knows where that song has originated from, it came from "Tierra de Villanos". Cast members of this soap opera went on tour worldwide to show their appreciation to all those people who made a simple soap opera into something bigger. One cast member, who simply moved everyone, was Danny Morales. In 2002 at the Nominees for Best Soap Operas and Best Antagonists in Italy, Danny Morales won the award for "Best Young Antagonist" to ever hit the year 2002. Proudly and with tears, Danny accepted the award and proudly thank the audience, production, the director, and his parents as well for always being there for him whenever he needed them the most. This is what Danny had to say when the Award show was over "(laughs) I honestly did not think I was going to win, I was up against 5 more other Antagonist and I said to myself that no matter what happens, win it or not, I'm proud that I participated in something that was really well done. But when he called out my name that I was the winner, I just sat there and cried my eyes off thinking and saying if it was true or not. But at the end, I was proud that something like that, because of me, actually happens. That shows everyone that if you have a lot of hopes for yourself, and want to be someone in life, that anything is possible if you just believe." Danny Morales reportedly made $950,000 with that soap opera and has won 2 awards. He was in 7 soap operas, 3 movies, 5 commercials, and has participated in 4 Italian t.v shows. We all just hope that this actor will keep on and continue as the Antagonist he is.
