Thulani Ngcepe (born February 01, 1990 in Tsakane, Gauteng) is a South African football (soccer) player who plays as a striker for Moroka Swallows in the South African Premier Soccer League.
On January 14, 2007, he became the youngest player ever to score a goal in the SA Premier League after scoring on his debut against log leaders Silver Stars.
