The Three-streaked Tchagra (Tchagra jamesi) is a species of bird in the Malaconotidae family. It is found in Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda. Its natural habitats are dry savanna and subtropical or tropical dry shrubland.
