if someone with experience know how to meassure, than this information would be great

- waist: at thinnest part, at belly button, or over just over the hip bones?

Bust: Over the bra, or if they are shy a lightweight T-shirt. It's important that they not cheat during the measurements.
Waist: Fairly close to the naval (belly button). For this part they will generally lift their shirt just a little for.
Hips: At widest point, over undergarments, or a light pair of jogging shorts.
Any females out there that know a better way to word this, feel free. Most of my textile experience was from when I was in 4-H as a kid. I don’t think the info has changed any in the last decade, given that it didn’t really change any in the century before, but I am no expert. :) Emry 04:57, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
