Thomas Staples Martin (July 29, 1847– November 12, 1919) was an American lawyer and Democratic Party politician from Charlottesville, Virginia. He represented Virginia in the United States Senate for nearly twenty-five years.
Martin died while in office, at his home in Charlottesville, and is buried in the cemetery of the University of Virginia there.
