Thomas Lee (?-1836) was a well known London architect who retired to the Barnstaple area. He had two sons, Thomas Lee (Jnr) (the eldest, who also became an architect) and Frederick Richard Lee (a successful painter), and a daughter.
He died in 1836, two years after the death of his eldest son.
