Thomas Hay, 9th Earl of Kinnoull

Thomas Hay, 9th Earl of Kinnoull PC (4 July 1710 – 27 September 1787) was a Scottish peer and British Member of Parliament for Cambridge.
He served as Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster from 1758 to 1762.
