Thomas Greanias is an American novelist. He is also the founder and CEO of the new media development, production and finance company Thomas Greanias Entertainment. Greanias grew up in Wilmette, Illinois, a suburb north of Chicago, and graduated from New Trier High School in Winnetka, Illinois. Greanias graduated from Northwestern University in 1987 with a bachelors degree and a masters degree in journalism. While still in college, he began reporting from Washington, D.C. as an on-air correspondent for NBC television affiliates. Greanias's first published novel was Raising Atlantis, it has been translated into more than a dozen languages.[citation needed] In April 2008, Simon & Schuster released a sequel, The Atlantis Prophecy, and announced the title of Greanias's third novel: The Atlantis Revelation. It is set to be released in 2009.[citation needed]
