Thomas Byers Huling

Thomas Byers Huling (1804–1865), along with Henry Millard and Joseph Pulsifer, was a businessman who helped lay out the original plans for Beaumont, Texas.[1] Huling also owned the land upon which the former town of Zavala, Texas, was founded.[2]
