Talk:Thomas Walsingham
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This page is linked from the page on Christopher Marlowe - from where i came. It seems to be an error. If marlowe live in 155xx-158xx and Walsingham died in 1422 as tis page says then it is unlikely that This Thomas Walsingham was indeed Marlowes patron.
Yes, indeed. This Thomas Walsingham was a chronicler of the 14th century and had nothing to do with Sir Thomas Walsingham of the Walsingham family of Scadbury. The latter lived between 1561 - 1630.OuraniaOurania 14:44, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
How about expanding the article by mentioning the models on which Walsingham was based to compose his chronicles and the elements that influenced his works?Ourania 22:22, 6 October 2006 (UTC)OuraniaOurania 22:22, 6 October 2006 (UTC)
