Can anyone confirm if this is the same Thomas R. Cech that is an Eagle Scout and Distinguished Eagle Scout Award? A Thomas R. Cech is on BSA's master DESA list and I think it's the same person, but can't prove it. Rlevse 19:14, 26 September 2006 (UTC)
