This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit. The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership. Lack of such evidence is grounds for deletion. • The image provides critical commentary, discussion and illustration of the relative individual
• The image has not been altered from its original state, other than being cropped to remove source information added after the image was created
• The image is property created by a news service and intended for public release and use and thus qualifies as fair use
• The image was created to be illustrative and promotional and using it in the article would not infringe on its original purpose
• The person depicted is recently deceased, and thus, a free-use image cannot be used to replace this image.
• As such, this is not a replaceable image.
