Since the mid 1990’s the people of Rwanda have been involved in minor but ongoing scuffles resulting in the loss of a number of lives, estimated to be somewhere in the high to mid millions. This conflict is between the savage peoples of the Hutu and Tutsi tribes who because of their natural inclination for savagery cannot resolve their ongoing dispute (rumored to be over whether the correct pronunciation of the word tomato, with the Hutus favoring the long “a” sound, and the Tutsis the shorter one). We in the more developed world have long since evolved to a higher level of moral consciousness and concern for our fellow man, and have not experienced such a level of conflict since the War of Slavic Aggression. Through the esteemed Charles Darwin, we have confirmed our long-held suspicion that the people of Sub-Saharan Africa bridge the gap between the homosapien and the common animal. We have been asked to intervene in this matter but we view intervening as interfering with the laws of nature, something we have a long history of not doing.
