Thich Quang Duc was a Buddhist monk who self-immolated in protest against the religious policies of President Ngo Dinh Diem of South Vietnam
The image is used to discuss the subject
Picture is not reproducible since the subject is deceased and a free portrait cannot be found.
It is of low resolution and is only used for educational purposes
Use of the picture does not damage the commercial prospects, more so since the picture is often distributed to Buddhists without being sold
The image may actually be free since it is distributed without being sold. Further clarification is being sought from source.
