in to the actions of my Trustee , in relation to the terms of the will of my father Harry Veiner Dated Dec 9 1980
especially on all the real property sold for the interest of said Child as directed in Part v of the said will, restated through Wilf and Alice Mayer signature while under there care and control. And especially all sales after February 12 1981, when control of said interests should of went to me. Considering when I left Mayers foster home February 17 1981 and Bob Enslen and Wilf Mayer Kidnapped me from my new residence in Fort Macleod, and the R.C.M.P. cover up by officer Foster. Ever since that Foster home was shut done for child abuse, and I kept after them to prosecute the people involved whether by act or cover-up of act.
Right up to the Worker Compensation Board in relation to Claim 332-1776 and procedural violations of section 18 and section 19. By taking thing off of said file to influence the actions of said board into a negative outcome contrary to procedure and Martin Criminal code. But at the least flagrant abuse on Procedural educate when I claim that this act was connected to the provincial court through Stephanie Cleary Acting Chief Crown and Judge Detric Brand which connects the communities Foundation to the court action to negate my claims, Note to mention his roles in the following
a. Trespassing charge that he found me guilty in my absence, and considering when I was to make a pleas on the matter in front of Judge grieves and I made an application for judicial review considering my claims of being Harry Veiner kid and the corruption surrounding the will.
b. The action of the 24 hour eviction notice ..that was supposed to be put over for two weeks
c.. The very first charter application where Judge Detric Brand would not let my foster brother give testimony about the crimes that went on at Mayers.
The following article that was printed about me sheds some light at the people I claim to be the ones responsible. All I ask you to do is to read the following with open mind, and then ask your self how is this possible in a fair and democratic society and what do we need to change and be Blessed
Who is Jerry Luke Craig really? Does he have a story to tell?

Jerry Luke Craig, son of deceased long time Mayor of Medicine Hat Harry Veiner mentions some very high powered players in a nefarious yet ambiguous plot, that he contends has something to do with the recent triple murder in Medicine hat, but doesn’t explain how, or why. He also claims the Order of Free Mason’s stole his inheritance which has been allocated to finance “Black Budget Financing through the agency of his own brother in Law, Senator Jacob (Jack) Austin in some sort of consolidation of wealth and power. According to Craig, the senator’s position was that the wishes of Harry Veiner not be carried out because they were the wishes of a senile, old man. A process supported in court by the Court.. It seems the passage of Mayor Veiners over riding royalties (his stake in the oil, mineral and gas profits from lands held in common) did not go to his son, as was his wish, but to some other party as per the manipulation of the courts by the Senator Austin. Craig also purports Judge Greaves has conspired with his brother in law’s membership in the ancient order of the Free Masons as part of an even larger cover up of the Mayer foster home. He mentions ritual sacrifice as being a current criminal activity of this Evil that is manifesting it self in his community. That is at the heart of this cover up. And from what I can comprehend of his version of events, he may be claiming the recent murders by a twelve year old girl and her alleged 23 year old boyfriend are ritual murders by a decaying society of apathy caused by looking the other way.. In addition to his brother in law, and Judge Greaves, he also names Monte Solberg as a power players in this uber-world of politics and corruption., who even lives on the property that Craig squatted on. . Maybe he is a nut job, but I found his story and his earnest zeal compelling. And I kept looking, for something, anything to disprove, or support his claims.

One of the first things I found on Senator Austin was a Frank article. (Ohhh I miss regular Frank updates!) In it, readers are told Jack Austin as deputy energy minister in the Trudeau government in 1972: Quote: HELPED ORGANIZE AN INTERNATIONAL URANIUM PRICE-FIXINGCARTEL USING A PHONEY BIDDING SYSTEM. THE CONSPIRACY WAS ORCHESTRATED BY THE GOVERNMENTS OF CANADA, FRANCE, AUSTRALIA, SOUTH AFRICA AND GIANT BRITISH MINING MULTINATIONAL RIO TINTO ZINC.
I’m getting the oddest feeling that either Craig is using this 1972 model of criminal behaviour expressed by his brother in law’s actions, or he is describing a possible second such international criminal manipulation in his blog. _________________ Peaches Rocks!

Judge Greaves hands down laughable sentence for ex-military man who admitted to stealing a high powered (sniper) rifle and a pair of night goggles from the army.
I also found something mentioned in a news group discussing the Medicine Hat News Fri. 21,2000 It was a piece detailing a ridiculously short sentence for an ex-military man who stole a high powered rifle fitted with night goggles from the Canadian army.
Michael William Davis admitted to having possessed the rifle, described by Judge Darwin Greaves as a weapon of destruction, and a low light vision device. The combined value of the two pieces is $2,250.
Davis confessed during a subsequent interview. "It,s not something you go deer hunting with",
Davis, of Suffield, was sentenced to 90 days jail to be served on weekends, 9 months probation and prohibited from owning a prohibited or restricted weapon or device for 10 years. I haven’t found any indication of WHAT Davis of Suffield was “hunting” for at night, but his own words chill me to the bone. And a question forms in my mind, wouldn’t a case like this be tried by military court? Another thing I’ll have to look into. _________________ Peaches R

This article is hysterical, except for the fact it paints a scary picture of Monte Solberg, one of the cronies mentiond by Craig on his sites. The entire article is very long but well worth the read. It outlines Monte Solbergs career and his multi-faceted political persona or should I say persona's?
I've cut excerpts from the below mentioned article, the whole thing was too long to post.
Why Monte Solberg's name should be added to Roget's Thesaurus by Stephen Gowans http://www.canadiancontent.ca/features/081401gowans.html
Just the other day, the dream of a united right still not dead, the Democratic Representative Caucus and the Progressive Conservative caucus met to see whether they could hammer out a common position on the NMD - the National Missile Defense. The question: Should Canada support Washington's planned missile shield, or not?
The NMD, M. Roget, in case you haven't heard, is a hare-brained, moronic, imbecilic, dim-witted, half-witted, absurd, ridiculous, risible but also dangerous, hazardous, perilous, treacherous, and unsafe plan to shoot incoming ballistic missiles out of the sky. As it would involve breaking the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty, it is also illegal, unlawful, criminal, illicit, nefarious and illegitimate. Although perilous and half-baked, for the colossal and overfed US defense industry it stands to be lucrative, fruitful, profitable, remunerative, profit fattening, and altogether financially attractive, which accounts for why such a dumb, unworkable, and potentially apocalyptic idea obstinately survives in a very robust form. You see, M. Roget, in the world's greatest democracy, profits, not people, count.
So here we are with a proposal to sink billions into the defense industry with a lame-brained plan that will spark a new arms race and squander billions that might be put to use more humanely, like rescuing 80 million Americans from inadequate health care, when along comes Monte Solberg and says, "Doesn't it make sense to state publicly that we support NMD? If it's going that way in any event, maybe we should have jumped on the bandwagon sooner." And why should "we" have jumped on the bandwagon sooner? Because as every toady and bootlicker knows, the best way to be fed scraps from the master's table is to agree to everything the master proposes...especially if he's going to go ahead with his proposal anyway. That's just smart.
I invite you, M. Roget, to conduct a thought experiment. Imagine Monte Solberg as a politician in one of the countries overrun by the Nazis in W.W. II. As the former government meets to decide what to do about the Nazi's demand that the Jews of the country be given up to be transported to Auschwitz or some other grim charnel house, some argue the Nazi's ultimatum should be resisted on moral grounds. But not our Monte Solberg. Instead, Monte asks, "Doesn't it make sense to state publicly that we support the Nazi position on the Jewish question? If it's going that way in any event, maybe we should have jumped on the bandwagon sooner." It might be thought that I mean to compare Monte Solberg to a Nazi, at the very least an anti-Semite. Not at all. I doubt, were Monty, the politician, around at the time, that he'd have had any thoughts on Nazism, good or bad, except that the Nazis were a force to be reckoned and if you didn't become part of their (final) solution you'd become part of their problem, so best to go along, and hang morality and what is just and what is right. Besides, there might be a cushy position in the occupation government for someone who plays their cards right. What I mean to compare Monte to is a Nazi-collaborator. Collaborating with Washington's schemes to perilously throw the world into the pit of a nuclear holocaust, so that General Electric's shares can rise in value and the United States can become even more of a hegemon, strikes me as little different than collaborating with the Nazis, expect that Washington's holocaust stands to be a little bigger.
So M. Roget, I ask that beside toady, sycophant, and bootlick, you add Monte Solberg. I think Monte's name deserves to be elevated to the status of an eponym. Don't you?
Steve Gowans calls himself a radical, but others just call him contrary and a pain-in-the-ass. He can be reached at sr.gowans@sympatico.ca. _________________ Peaches Rocks!

I was unable to find the last will and testament as described by Craig, but I did find a notice of suit by the bank of Montreal against a number of defendants, including the biggest players of Western Canada’s energy players. Encor, Suncor, even Enron, and of course, the estate of Harry Veiner.
I understand very little of this legal doc… http://scc.lexum.umontreal.ca/en/bulletin/2000/00-08-25.bul/00-08-25.bul.html
NATURE OF THE CASE Quote: Property law - Commercial law - Real estate - Bankruptcy - Oil and gas law - Overriding royalties - Whether overriding royalties (agreements providing a participation in proceeds of sale of production from oil and gas and mineral resource properties and created or granted by persons holding only interests in the nature of profits à prendre in the related lands) cannot in law be interests in land – royalties (agreements providing a participation in proceeds of sale of production from oil and gas and mineral resource properties and created or granted by persons holding only interests in the nature of profits à prendre in the related lands)
It seems there was a discrepancy between who owns said properties and who has the right to remove “products” from the land for profit, as claimed by Craig, on his blog.
There is also this document as supplied by Craig himself indicating Judge Greaves involvement in his fathers estate.

I don’t know how much of his story is delusion, or how much is real but something did strike me as odd while looking for supporting documents of his story.
Judge at heart of conspiracy presides over Medicine Hat couple’s arraignment. Girl 12, Man 23 I found this news article relating to the recent arraignment of the murderous duo from Medicine Hat…
http://www.canada.com/calgaryherald/news/story.html?id=df312570-2df1-4a8d-923a-c19b05a2551d&k=8564
--->When asked by the judge if he understood when he was to return to court, Steinke said "Tuesday, May . . ." and stumbled for the date. "You understand," the judge said.<---
It didn’t strike me as strange that The honorable Judge Greaves presided over the arraignment, what did strike me as strange was when Steinke had trouble with the date, the Judge broke in, commenting the accused did indeed understand. I wonder who oversaw Steinke’s fitness for trial assessment? _________________ Peaches Rocks!

I was also able to confirm that Senator Jack Austin in indeed the brother in law of Craig, and found the confirmation in the Senators own words while speaking about another senator, senator Olsen:
--->Senator Olson was a real son of southern Alberta and southern Alberta's agriculture. He was brought up, as Senator Hays and Senator Fairbairn said, in that particular community, and it is a significant substratum of Alberta society. With Senator Olson, you knew that the voice for southern Alberta was authentic. My wife's family takes some credit for his (Senator Olsen’s) political career. He ran in 1957 against my father-in-law, Harry Veiner, who was the mayor of Medicine Hat. My father-in-law lost by a few hundred votes, and Senator Olson got on with his career, and my father-in-law got on with being mayor of Medicine Hat. He enjoyed that role. We in my family have always thought that it was a narrow escape for my father-in-law.<--- _________________ Peaches Rocks!

http://www.rafeonline.com/showthread.php?p=50227 Let me relate to you a story that demonstrates my point. Back in the early 80s when Pierre Trudeau was in office, then Deputy Minister of Mines, now for his reward Senator Jack Austin, with the connivance of his political masters, committed a very serious offense … he arranged for a price fixing cartel of uranium producing nations to keep the price up. What had happened is this – the United States, until then, a huge importer of Canadian Uranium for their defense purposes decided that for reasons of security they would no longer buy our uranium. This put the Crown Corporation, Atomic Energy Canada that had a monopoly on sales of uranium in a pickle … for they had stockpiled a huge supply in anticipation of American demands. The only way of getting a decent price for the stuff was to illegally fix the prices so Austin was instructed to form an international cartel which he did in flagrant violation of competition laws in Canada. The Liberal government of the day went through every imaginable hoop to keep Austin and his minister, Alistair Gillespie … as well as the cabinet including Trudeau, away from trouble. To further delay the matter they instructed a senior public servant, Robert Bertrand, to investigate and report on this clear breach of law. _________________ Peaches Rocks!

http://www.ccnr.org/myth_3.html
--->In April 1972, with the blessing of the Canadian government, an international, with the blessing of the Canadian government, an international uranium price-fixing cartel was established in Paris. The purpose of the cartel was secretly to manipulate world uranium prices using a phony bidding system. Hidden quotas were established by representatives from Canada, France, Australia, South Africa and Rio Tinto Zinc (RTZ), the giant British mining conglomerate that, through its holdings in South Africa, Namibia, Canada and Australia, accounts for about a quarter of both the world's present uranium production and its estimated reserves (excluding the USSR and China). At an Ottawa meeting on 28 May 1972, Jack Austin -- then deputy minister of energy under Donald Macdonald, now a Liberal senator and cabinet member -- intimated that the cartel might be judged illegal under Canadian anti-combines legislation. Nevertheless, by June, the cartel had formal government approval. The Canadian government's role in the cartel was questionable not only from the point of view of Canadian law, but also from the broader perspective of international morality. In effect, for purely commercial motives, Canada was turning a blind eye to South Africa's brutal apartheid policies and its determination to develop a nuclear weapons capability. Canada was also acting in defiance of the International Court of Justice, which had ruled in 1971 that South Africa's occupation of the territory of Namibia was illegal and that UN members were to "refrain from any dealings with South Africa that would imply recognition of, or the legality of, such presence." Since most of South Africa's uranium is mined in Namibia at RTZ's Rossing mine, Canada was directly contravening the court's ruling by conspiring with South Africa and RTZ to fix world uranium prices. Indeed, when Energy Minister Donald Macdonald was asked in 1981 why RTZ had been involved in the cartel discussions as an equal partner, he replied that the participation of RTZ was essential because of the Namibian uranium it controls.<---
Remember Jack Austin got his start as the minister of mining, and he's become the man with regards to the Canadian Nuclear industry. Many of the properties sued for royalties, I'm guessing with the aid of Judge Greaves, but I haven’t confirmed that, all had to do with oil, mining, and gas. _________________ Peaches Rocks!

Mines
I posted this elsewhere, or prepared to post it, I’m not sure, found it in my notes. Thought I’d post it here. The other thing I've wondering about is the Breex scandal Desespere another MINING connection.
John Bjornstien (sp?) The bushman of shuswap claims he went into hiding and began living off the land because he knew something about the scandal that could blow the top off of Canada. He claims he created underground tunnels and dens using camera and surrviellance equipment to gather proof of an international child porn ring centered in the Shuswap area with connections to the mine scandal.
I've been to Shuswap, I got there by.... small airplane, there are two airports I am aware of that services the area. We landed at a very small one, individually run I believe. Anyway, another connection?
Mining, airplanes, scandal’s, connections to child pornography what else?
Communities that have a significant dependence on mining for their livelihood include Fort McMurray; Hinton; Edson; Forestburg; Hanna; and Grande Cache. · Fort McMurray is now a city of approximately 50,000 and continues to grow with new oil sands developments. · There is one metal refinery/smelter in Fort Saskatchewan, producing nickel and cobalt · Mining activity played a significant role in the early development of the province. · Over 1800 mines are known to have operated in Alberta. · Coal was first mined in Alberta to supply domestic heating needs. · Lethbridge had its first coal mine in 1882, while the first mine in Edmonton was in 1883. The Lethbridge area had over a dozen underground coal mines that each mined in excess of 100,000 tonnes, but the last of these closed in the mid-1960s. · Some of the earliest mining in Alberta was within what is now Banff National Park. Coal was mined at Bankhead, a community just a few miles east of Banff townsite, to supply the Canadian Pacific Railway. Coal mining soon moved a few miles east of Banff to Canmore where the coal mine operated for 80 years. · The Crowsnest Pass in southern Alberta was also developed as a coal mining centre to supply coal to CPR. · A similar role was established in west-central Alberta for an area known as the Coal Branch. In this area south of Hinton a number of mines and towns developed to supply coal to the Grand Trunk and Canadian National Railways. The towns of Nordegg and Grande Cache both were developed for the purpose of coal mining. In 1964 Great Canadian Oil Sands (now Suncor) started mining oil sands to produce crude bitumen, when Fort McMurray was a small trading post. Suncor was one of the companies sued by the BOM over the royalties issues along with Mayor Harry veiner’s estate. _________________ Peaches Rocks!

They were all users of Nexopia.
What do the two RCMP officers have to do with corrupt Judges? The investigation into Judge Ramseys conduct involving teenage native girls turned up their names.

VANCOUVER -- A former RCMP officer in Langley has been charged with two counts of "child luring," allegedly while he was on duty and using a police computer.
Adam Jonathan Clarke, 23, is free on terms that include restrictions on his computer use. He is scheduled to make his first court appearance next month in Surrey, to enter a plea.
The former patrol officer resigned from the RCMP in February and is currently living in Newfoundland.
The Integrated Child Exploitation Unit of the RCMP began an investigation into alleged viewing and possession of child pornography in February of 2005. Corporal Diane Blain said yesterday that the investigation was initiated after an internal complaint.
The criminal charges stem from two incidents in May of 2005. Mr. Clarke is alleged to have tried to contact a 12-year-old girl from Langley and a 15-year-old girl in Richmond through Nexopia, a "community" website used primarily by teenagers. "It is alleged he was doing this while he was working," Cpl. Blain said.
Mr. Clarke is accused of using computers at one of the community police stations in Langley to try to contact the girls.
A child-luring charge requires the Crown to prove that a defendant was using a computer to communicate with a minor for the purpose of committing a sexual offence. It carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison.
The RCMP forwarded its investigation report to the provincial Ministry of the Attorney-General late last year.
Charges were filed against Mr. Clarke on May 19 although they were not made public until yesterday. The Crown's office did not respond to a request for comment about the delay in filing charges.
Mr. Clarke appeared in court in Grand Falls, Nfld., on May 23 and was released on conditions. _________________ Peaches Rocks!

31 May 2006 CBC News
A former British Columbia RCMP officer has been charged with two counts of child luring, following an investigation that began more than a year ago.
Adam Jonathan Clarke, 23, was a member of the Langley detachment in B.C.’s Fraser Valley when he came under suspicion from the Integrated Internet Child Exploitation Unit.
Police say the two luring charges involve internet chat rooms and children under the age of 18.
Clarke, who resigned from the police force because of the investigation, is currently in his home province of Newfoundland and Labrador. He is being returned to B.C. to face the charges.
The RCMP say the charges followed a child pornography investigation begun in 2005.
Clarke was arrested at work in June 2005, and his work computer seized. He was released the same day on a promise to appear and was suspended with pay.
He later resigned from the RCMP.
The child luring charge was added to the Criminal Code in 2002. It makes it a crime to communicate with someone believed to be a child for the purpose of committing a sexual offence. Wed, May 31, 2006 18:11 _________________ Peaches Rocks!

For the longest time I knee that the actions of the people responsible for truth and Justice was flawed. This fight with what i call the "corupted" and the way they discussized the truth of Dad intention in relation to his will dated Dec 9 1980. especially the part v where it makes mention to " if a child should prove himself eligible".. You see what I took battle against was the action of Child abuse that Happenned in Wilf and Alice Mayer foster home from march 77 were Judge Detric Brand exersized a C.B.A. order with my guardians Archie Arnold and Helen Arnold. Then when all the abuses happened and that home was eventually shut down for child abuse, but all the people that were responsible for our safty ignored all the offenses including Kidnapping by Wilf Mayer and Bob Enslen. for years these people were above the law because of Senator Jack austin and his porfollios at that time. And after when I was hurt at work , and I had made the statement that as soon as my compensation comes through I was going to Hire a lawyer to get to the Bottom. It has never come through ..you see the minipulations has never stopped. But at least now it out in the open
