User talk:Themadtitans
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A tag has been placed on The Mad Titans, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be a biographical account about a person, group of people, or band, but it does not indicate how or why he/she/they is/are notable. If you can indicate why The Mad Titans is really notable, I advise you to edit the article promptly, and also put a note on Talk:The Mad Titans. Any admin should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles. You might also want to read our general biography criteria. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that admins should wait a while for you to assert his/her/their notability, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and then immediately add such an assertion. It is also a very good idea to add citations from reliable sources to ensure that your article will be verifiable. -- Oldelpaso 14:43, 5 July 2006 (UTC)

Please have a look at the Wikipedia:Music guidelines for notability, which say how notable a band must be before it gets a Wikipedia article. Also note that all contributions must be 'encyclopedia-like' and also take a neutral point of view. Also please don't remove things from your talk pages. Thanks. Please don't recreate deleted articles unless you can 1) show that the band satisifies the notability criteria and 2) write an actual encyclopedia article about the band rather than (say) ramblings about Greek mythology. DJ Clayworth 15:36, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
If you vandalise another user's page you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. You will not get another warning. DJ Clayworth 15:39, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Blocked
I've blocked you for three days for general disruption, which included re-creation of a "speedy deleted" article, and user page vandalism. Feel free to return when the block expires. AnnH ♫ 07:34, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
