The Zen Sentinal's name is derived from the use of "Zen" not as the Japanese religion, but more as a slang word for "peace", paired with the "Sentinal" meaning a Jedi Sentinal from KoTOR (Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic) video games by Lucas Arts.
The Zen Sentinal is a human female, 13 years of age, and American. To her great distress, she is not a Star wars Jedi, Naruto Ninja, Bleach Manga shinigami, or Sakura Haruno I'm not a warrior, I'm a soilder. There's a difference. Warriors attack and conquer; they prey on the weak. Soilders protect and defend the innocent- normally from the warriors."-

The Zen Sentinal is a bit of an oxymoron. She is feircely loyal and protctive.Zen has been shown to have a bad temper, and is sometimes sarcastic. But, around people she only distantly knows or doesn't know at all, she's often too shy to speak up and says anything. She never seem that way on the internet, of course, but it's easier to talk here. Zen doesn't trust easily at all. Lets just leave that at experiance.
Zen is an angst writer, and finds it hard to write/read almost anything happy. For this reason she only reads fluff in EXTREMELY small doses, and then only as an antidote to over-angsting.
The Zen Sentinal is a total geek/dork (Deek?) reveling in books, poetry, Japan, my computer, rp, video games, sci-fi, fantasy, anime, manga, NaruSaku (Naruto), IchiRuki (Bleach), LSF (Lightside Female) RevanxCarth, LSF ExilexAtton, and LSF ExilexMical (a.k.a. Disciple. All LSF pairings from KotOR 1&2).
Zen also loves Chinese food, Pizza, Icecream, and Arthurian legends.

Zen likes a little J-pop, mostly by Utada Hikaru, lots of rock like Three Days Grace, Evanescence, Skillet, Bullet for My Valentine, AFI, Breaking Benjamin, and Within Temptation and some 90's, like Alanis Morissette.
This user's favorite TV shows are Naruto,BLeach, Grey's Anatomy, and House.
Her favorite books are Mists of Avalon, A Tree Grows in Brooklyn , The Outsiders, and The "Twilight" series.
Zen only writes Open (Free-Style Poetry), Tanka, and Haiku, but she reads a lot of things. ___________ A Rose by Any Other Name…

The Zen Sentinal has said,
"I have had enough fluffy NaruSaku one shots to last me a lifetime, as that’s all I can find to read over my cell phone. Angsty ones, though, I never get sick of. I weird like that, okay? With LSFRevanxCarth, LSFExilexMical and LSFExilexAtton, I take what I can get, because they’re all similar in some way or another. I don’t really read fics for anything else other than The Outsiders, which doesn’t have all that many non-oc pairings to begin with. I hate 99% of oc-centered fics, only a few rare gems are tolerated. And the sue-ness of some of those… ‘Course, I’m not sure I should be talking about Sue’s, not with Kumo from The Kekkei Genkai Curse, but she’s only a secondary character. I read some song fics/ poetry, but it’s gotta be good. I only really write NaruSaku angst, though I have some ideas for RevanxCarth and ExilexAtton (also…yeah, that’s right, you guessed it, ANGST XD) but I like reading stories with KakaAnko (All hail Crack Pairings!), ShikaTema, JaraiTsu, NejiTen.
