User:The Power 7
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Power 7 (herein refered to as 7) was but one of the pseudonyms, the false identities, bestowed upon one of Poland's most successful and crafty thiefs of all time. However, The Power 7 was the name that the legendary thief used to identify himself among the most trusted of his band of followers. [1]
[edit] Childhood Wealth and Fall to Poverty
Born sometime between the years of 1701 and 1704, 7 spent his childhood as the son of a wealthy noble, whose identity has only been confirmed as Albrecht Radziwiłł by a long-forgotten scrawl of text found among the Sołbrand Letters (more about them later). Not much is known about 7's father's climbing of the social ladder, or how he attained what has been described as 'vast prosperity; a literal plethora of coinage' [2], but it is suspected that he may have been involved with a large trade industry, or even the investor in unsavory enterprises, or perhaps both. However, when 7 was entering adolescence, his father died very suddenly. It was a contract murder, everyone knew; the father had been found ensaguined with his own blood.
