Thesis is a large typeface family designed by Lucas de Groot. The font family includes a sans-serif typeface: TheSans, a monospace typeface: TheSansMono, a serif typeface: TheSerif, and a mixed typeface: TheMix. They were designed between 1994 and 1999 to provide a modern humanist corporate font. Each typeface is available in a variety of weight as well as in italic.
Another serif variant, TheAntiqua, was later derived from TheSerif.
Thesis fonts have become popular and can be seen in various publications or logotypes.
