Theis Frydenlund Rasmussen (born 12 July 1984) is a Danish football goalkeeper playing for FC Nordsjælland in the Danish Superliga.

On 11 October 2005 he debuted for the Danish U-21 national team in a qualification match for the UEFA U-21 Championship 2006.
