The opticon
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Opticon[1] is an online repository of free legal forms and legal reference materials launched by the talk radio host Steven Rinehart[2] to assist tenants, business owners, inmates, indigent claimants and others representing themselves pro se. It is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, and archives legal forms that cover the spectrum of U.S. jurisprudence, including sample contracts, patents, memoranda, motions, and court pleadings.
Several legal libraries refer pro se litigants to the Opticon for reference materials, including the University of Idaho, Brigham Young University, and the University of Washington.[3]
