The Works is a remastered 3-CD retrospective of British Girl group Bananarama's musical career from 1981 through 1993. This 48-track compilation album was issued by Rhino Records on November 5, 2007 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the group. It includes the groups best known singles Venus and Cruel Summer.
