The Ups and Downs is the debut album by singer-actress Sara Paxton, which is currently scheduled for release in 2008. The album is said to be a 'fun, upbeat and personal' album. The album has been pushed back because Paxton wanted to focus on her acting career at the time. Though there have been rumors that Sara Paxton was dropped from the label because she has waited so long to release the album, but as of March epic records still has her website up so this probably is not true. Fans believe that Paxton has left the album's material and begun work on new songs for a new album that would release November 2008 as her official debut. It said that Paxton is trying different genres since past singles from this album flopped.
