The Tell-Tale Heart (1960) is a film adaptation of the Edgar Allan Poe short story of the same name, directed by Ernest Morris.

The film expands the story by having Edgar, a lonely librarian obsessed with erotica, meet Betty who sells flowers. His rakish friend Carl soon takes an interest in Betty which leads to murder, horrible deaths and a surprise twist ending.
