The Strange Case of Alice Cooper was a live concert video release of Alice Cooper, released on VHS in 1979.

The concert was filmed on April 9, 1979 in San Diego, California during his "Madhouse Rock" tour in support of the album From The Inside. Two songs that were performed that night but omitted from the video were "All Strapped Up" and "Dead Babies".^[1]

This video has been discontinued since its original release, and has not yet been issued on DVD.
