The Sleepover Soundtrack, formerly Avalar is an English pop-punk band from Coventry, West Midlands.
The Sleepover Soundtrack have Played gigs with such bands as Fandangle, Jesse James, Varsity drag, Kubichek! and Symbo. On May 15th 2008 The band headlined the Bands4Boobs at the Kasbah, Coventry, a charitable event with all proceedings going to Breast Cancer Research.
On Wednesday 4th June 2008, drummer Mark "Benny" Bentik announced he was to leave the band due to personal reasons.
