The Second Coming of Pick is a solo album by Dire Straits drummer Pick Withers, which is expected to be released during the summer of 2007. The album consists of Withers singing and playing the drums, with the occasional accordion sequence thrown in. The album is said to have a funk theme mixed with various blues and bluegrass influences.
Many "Pickwithites", the name affectionately given to Withers's cult following, are awaiting the album with bated breath.[citation needed] It will be one of the more anticipated solo blues/bluegrass/rock albums of the summer.
