The Rise and Fall of Mankind is the next album by the Norwegian progressive metal band, Green Carnation. The album was expected to be released sometime in late 2007, but due to the change in line-up, that release date was dropped. The album is said to be the second part of "The Chronicles of Doom," which began with the sixty-minute-long one-track album, Light of Day, Day of Darkness.
