The Real Deal - Vanilla Fudge Live is a live album by the American psychedelic rock band Vanilla Fudge. It was released by Crystal Wind Records 2003 in cooperation with Mark Stein. It features a live performance recorded at The Vic Theater, in Chicago in 1987. The band consists of Mark Stein, Tim Bogert and Carmine Appice. The actual guitar player was Paul Hanson; in the album notes it states that Vince Martell was unable to participate in the 1987 tour and he overdubed his guitar and vocals at a later date.
