The Pennmark by SBLM Architects was completed in 2003 at 315 West 34th Street in New York City. The thirty-five story building is the first all glass residential building built in New York City. The green glass-clad facade was designed by Jean-Pierre Kocher and rises 500 feet from a five-story metal panel clad podium.
