The Path to Survival is a forthcoming book written by former U.S. Vice President Al Gore.
It follows An Inconvenient Truth: The Planetary Emergency of Global Warming and What We Can Do About It, a companion book to the film An Inconvenient Truth, and was supposed to be released on 22 April 2008, Earth Day.[1] Of the book, publisher Rodale Books stated that Gore, "explains how making bold choices now to protect our environment will also create new jobs, propel sustainable economic improvements, and inspire a new generation to tackle our most challenging issues with moral leadership."[1]
The release date has been moved to Spring 2009. [2]
