Smt Parvatibai Chowgule College is a college based in the south Goa city of Margao, on the west coast of India.

It offers courses in the Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Masters of Arts (Geography), Masters of Science (Information Science) streams and Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Application.
As the main college for Arts and Science education in South Goa since the early 'sixties, it has been home to a number of prominent alumni. Its present principal is Dr. R. V. Gaonkar. It is the only college in Margao, Goa that does not impose the wearing of a uniform on its students (Higher Secondary Section).
