The Nostril Picker is a 1993 horror film of the slasher genre. The film stars Carl Zschering as Joe Bukowski, a homicidal maniac who uses his special ability to get close to his female targets. When Joe picks his nose he undergoes a sex change becoming a woman, played by Ann Flood.
