The Mike Walsh Show

The Mike Walsh Show was an Australian daytime television series. Hosted by Mike Walsh, the show ran from 1973 to 1985 in a two-hour timeslot. It screened on both Network Ten and the Nine Network during its run, and racked up a total of 24 Logie awards.
1980 saw the show awarded the Media Peace Prize by the United Nations. Walsh himself was awarded an OBE the same year.
Richard Neville and Jeannie Little were frequent guests. When Walsh resigned from hosting the show in 1985, he was succeeded by Ray Martin, with the show becoming Midday and sharing the same format.
