The Majestic Horse/Carnie Dearest is the fourth episode of the Disney Channel original series The Replacements which originally aired on September 23, 2006.

Riley wants a horse but in the meantime she got a mule. Soon, she wanted to call Fleemco to replace her mule with Thunderbolt.

Todd constantly tries to get in the carnival through several ways, but not only would the carnie not allow in children without an adult present, but his mother won't allow him to go. So, he decides to replace the carnie with a more dishonest one that allows him to come daily. However, when he ends up joining the carnie permanently through the signing of a carnie contract, along with Riley, Agent K and Dick try to rescue them.
