The Legendary Traxster (born July 14, 1973 as Samuel Lindey) is a songwriter and a record producer. He is best known as the main producer of Twista, or even more so Do or Die, who he produced nearly 4 albums for, including their Platinum CD Picture This featuring well-known Chicago artist Twista for the first time to the mainstream on "Po Pimp" as well as other Traxster beats such as "Money Flow" and " Paperchase," but has worked with other artists like Mariah Carey, co-writing and co-producing the track, "One & Only" on her latest album, The Emancipation of Mimi. While his work was featured on Mariah Carey's album, he is mostly known for working with artists from within his own city of Chicago such as Twista, Crucial Conflict, Triple Darkness, Psychodrama, E-Dub and Snypaz. As well as being known throughout his own city he has also produced for the likes of Mystikal, Tech N9ne from Kansas City, mainstream rapper Cam'ron, E-40 and The Outlawz from the Bay Area. Traxster also has a brother Dun D who recently died on January 1st 2006. Also owner and CEO of CWAL Records. He started out in the rap duo D to tha S which released two maxi-singles titled "Doomsday" and "My Brothaz Keepa" released in 1994 and 1996 respectively.
