The King of AZ is the debut album by Phoenix rapper Atllas, released in 2003 through the rapper's own Fire Flock Entertainment label. The album features production from The Society of Invisibles leader Erel the Rkatec, Strida Hiryu, The Wife Beaters, Marqus, Doc and Akai, and features guest appearances from Shamia Maze, Lady Finesse, Natalia, the Darkwater Merchants and Phoenix Sector members Lyracist and Capum C. The album's lead single "Hood Famous" became a local hit in Phoenix.[citation needed]
