The Hate Yourself Change is the second full-leangth album by the indie rock band Neva Dinova. It bears little resemblance to the band's previous, self-titled album.

The Hate Yourself Change begins and ends with the rather downbeat country-style tracks "Hat O'er Eyes" and "I've Got a Feeling" which serve as the albums bookends. And example of the dark nature of these "bookends" is the latter's ending refrain "The worlds a shitty place, and I can't wait to die."

Between the two "bookends", there a several up-beat pop songs such as "Yellow Datsun" to keep the listener in good spirits after and before the very dark beginning and ending.
