The Country Day School is an independent, non-profit university preparatory school in King City, Ontario, Canada. It is a member of the Canadian Association of Independent Schools (CAIS), the Conference of Independent Schools of Ontario (CIS) and the Canadian Educational Standards Institute (CESI). Its headmaster is Paul C. Duckett.

Serving male and female students from junior kindergarten to grade twelve, it has set a maximum class size of 22 students, with an average of 17 students per class. Each student is subject to an entrance assessment, an informal process for young children or the more formal Canadian Achievement Test for older students.[1]
