The Backyard Brawl (Millsaps-Mississippi College)

The Backyard Brawl is an annual football game between Mississippi College and Millsaps College. On Thursday, August 30, 2007 the 8th edition of the Backyard Brawl took place at Robinson-Hale Stadium in Clinton, Mississippi.

The football rivalry resumed in 2000 as the "Backyard Brawl" with games held at Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium in Jackson, Mississippi. However, the rivalry took a one-year hiatus in 2005 but resumed in 2006.

The rivalry was renewed in 2006 [1] with the Choctaws winning 52-28 [2]
