The Alliance for Safe Children

The Alliance for Safe Children (TASC) - non-profit organization focusing in reducing a number of preventable child deaths (aged 1-17) in Asia[1]. The Alliance was founded by Douglas "Pete" Peterson and his wife Vi Peterson. It is registered in USA and in Thailand. Main office is located in Bangkok, Thailand. There is also a satellite office in Danang, Vietnam.
The organization works in Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. It cooperates with UNICEF[2] and other humanitarian agencies.
