There have been a number of computer and video games based on The Addams Family with the same title. One of them was released for the NES by Ocean in 1992 and is based on the first film.

The Sega Game Gear version of the game was released in 1993. The cartridge was developed by Arc Developments and published by Flying Edge. It is based on the popular movie franchise of the 1990s, which was based on the 1960s situation comedy known as The Addams Family, featuring the recurring characters from Charles Addams's panel cartoons from The New Yorker magazine.

The game play involves Gomez Addams searching for missing family members.
