TheSaurus is the performing name of an American rapper. He lives in Monterey, California.

He is the winner of the 2006 Scribble Jam freestyle emcee battle. He also won the 2006 2on2 WRC (World Rap Championships) with rhyming partner iLLmacuLate, as well as the Freestyle Olympics in '07, and dozens of other battles taking place up and down the West Coast since his emergence in the battle scene in '04. TheSaurus and Illmaculate also won the 2007 2on2 WRC. TheSaurus has also won Most Valuable Rapper (MVR) award for the WRC for both years it has been running. [1] [2]

TheSaurus is known in the battle scene as one of the most prolific and successful artists. His style, combining multi-syllable rhyme schemes, and punchlines have served as the archetype for many of the rappers on the freestyle battle circuit.
